Data processed and purposes

The information entered in the form (organisation, contact details, needs, situation, budget and any message) is sent to LV Digital Marketing to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare the corresponding pre-contractual steps. It is routed to LV Digital Marketing's email inbox through Infomaniak's infrastructure.

Infomaniak and its infrastructure may process your IP address, date, time, requested resource, browser and diagnostic data to deliver, secure and monitor the site. Logs are deleted or aggregated according to the service configuration.

The lv.theme local storage entry retains your chosen theme. Choices relating to Google Analytics and Google Ads are stored for six months in the lv.consent.v1 local storage entry and in the first-party cookie lv.consent.server.v1, which is used to apply these choices when JavaScript is unavailable. These items contain no name, email address or form content.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NGWGZP5M) is configured on the site. The container is loaded only after you consent to the Analytics or Ads category. The choices transmitted distinguish between these two categories so that only tags corresponding to accepted categories can be triggered. This configuration does not establish that Google Analytics or Google Ads is active: that depends on the tags actually published in the container. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the preference centre.

External links and services

The site provides links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and phone services. A connection to the provider begins only when you activate the link. The provider then processes the necessary data according to its own policy. The site's fonts, images and media are served locally.

Legal bases, recipients and transfers

Providing and securing the site is based on LV Digital Marketing's legitimate interest. Communications you initiate directly are used to respond to your enquiry and take the pre-contractual steps you request. Consent will be the basis for Google data processing if it is enabled.

Technical data is accessible to strictly necessary service providers, including Infomaniak. Some external providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area under their own safeguards.

Retention periods and rights

Enquiries and communications received by email are retained for as long as necessary to handle them, maintain the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. The theme preference remains until it is deleted, and the consent choice expires after six months. Technical logs are retained for the period configured with the hosting provider.

Applicable law may grant you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to certain processing, as well as withdrawal of consent. Send your request to contact@lvdigitalmarketing.ch or contact the competent supervisory authority.

Security and updates

Proportionate technical and organisational measures limit unauthorised access, loss or changes. This policy will be updated before the form is connected to a CRM or a new analytics tool is enabled.
